This is an example of a short onboarding customer service video that I wrote, designed, and narrated back in 2016.
I was asked to cover the “customer service pledge” and the intended audience was new hires to entry-level positions within the workforce development industry.
I also managed to weave in information about the company’s wellness program and promote the new LMS that we were launching at the same time.
This was my first time solo effort at putting together an onboarding customer service video with nothing to start from. It could be more polished, but other things ended up needing to be prioritized and so the polishing never became necessary.
